Poem – Family

I’ve waited for the time which was to come,
and now is here.
I arise in the divine, a place reserved for me.
What I see when I look out is darkness,
except for the light that is in our kingdom.
I search for a place where my love will be received
All is black, my Father. Yet at thy word, I travel on.
If only they’d let me touch them,
then there’d be more of us in full reality.
So rich in royal light
which awaits a home from a dying world.
I’ll search till one day You will lead me
to who would be my family.
