New Executive Producer
Richard Wojewodzki has come to the Calington Castle team as the new Executive Producer and agrees with the message behind the story.
He has extensive experience in capitalizing on specialty projects. He directed the financing of over $2 billion into each of the following projects:
- Transacted investments across the eastern United States on behalf of JP Morgan Investment Management and was a senior member of its Investment Committee.
- Directed its New York Real Estate Fund and supported many of Morgan’s separate account clients
- On behalf of Metropolitan Life, he managed the investment region of the New York metropolitan area and served as a member of the Real Estate Investment Committee.
- Held executive positions within the real estate departments of AXA Equitable Life and JP Morgan Chase Bank.
